Resource Area for the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act

Effective April 21, 2000, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) seeks to institute online safety measures that protect children aged 12 and under. Infopop, as a developer of online community tools that are affected by this new law, is providing this resource page to assist its users with compliance.

We have also opened a new Forum in our own online community, to facilitate discussions of the ramifications of the new law, both for our users and other website operators.
